GitHub PR Stats

Pull requests authored by a user: last year vs. this year, with time to resolve each one.

Without a token GitHub allows ~10 search requests/minute and only public PRs. A token (no scopes needed for public data) raises that to 30/minute. It is stored only in this browser's localStorage. How do I get a token?
